AMS, with WRMA as a subcontractor, was selected by the State of New Jersey to assist in the design, development and implementation of a Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS)

The contract was awarded for the transfer and modification of the Wisconsin eWiSACWIS application. Implementation of this web based initiative will provide New Jersey with an integrated child welfare system and enhanced capabilities to manage services to children and families.

The New Jersey SACWIS (not yet formally named) will support over 3000 users, including caseworkers, managers and administrators. The system provides a mechanism to promote more efficient and effective use of worker time and develop information to address the needs of the children and families being served.
