Walter R. McDonald & Associates, Inc., in collaboration with American Humane, KRA Corporation, and Westat, Inc., has concluded the National Study of Child Protective Services Systems and Reform Efforts project for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation and Administration for Children and Families. The final report was published in three parts: A Summary Report; Review of State CPS Policy; and, Findings on Local CPS Practices.
