The Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Policy, Development and Research has contracted with WRMA to conduct a study of the Impact of Ex-Offender Discharge Policies on Homelessness. The study will assess the impact of State and local discharge policies on the size, concentration, and make up of local homeless populations.
