The Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services (PRS) has awarded a contract to WRMA to evaluate its Title IV-E Adoption Assessment Waiver Demonstration (WDAM) project. The agreement provides for continuing an independent cost effectiveness evaluation of the WDAM.
