The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to WRMA to support evaluation and analysis activities for the entire agency.

WRMA has qualified to serve as one of the HRSA IDIQ contractors for five years. As a potential contractor, WRMA is recognized to potentially perform high-priority evaluation studies, evaluation and information syntheses, policy and environmental assessments, and performance measurement tools and systems. These activities could focus on: 1) assessment of the effectiveness of HRSA-supported activities operations; 2) design and/or conduct studies to assess the effectiveness of HRSA programs, program components, or initiatives in achieving intended outcomes; and 3) assessment of environmental/policy issues which may impact the effectiveness of HRSA supported activities.
