WRMA is conducting a three-year, participatory evaluation of an initiative funded by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation the goal of which is to build the capacity of nonprofits in Arizona through the delivery of products and services of Arizona State University's Center for Nonprofit Leadership and Management (CNLM). Using an organizational development paradigm, WRMA is evaluating whether the CNLM is doing the right things and doing things right to build the capacity of nonprofits in the state of Arizona through education, research, technical assistance, and convening activities. In year 1 baseline data was established; and in year 2 the evaluation will focus on the CNLM's efforts to increase the diversity of its user base, the diversity of its programming and the relevancy of its educational offerings to meet user needs and build individual capacity within nonprofits.
