ASSISTANT - Under direct supervision, implement the Research Division's mission, objectives and work plans. Support the work of researchers and project managers performing research and evaluation related functions; assure high quality implementation and capturing of outcomes and impacts of program initiatives. Provide continuous efficient support to enhance the mission of the company by assisting with developing, capturing, and communicating useful and usable research and evaluation information for clients.
ANALYST - Under general direction, implement the Research Division's mission, objectives and work plans. Support the work of researchers and project managers performing research and evaluation related functions; assure high quality implementation and capturing of outcomes and impacts of program initiatives. Provide continuous high quality support to enhance the mission of the company by developing, capturing, and communicating useful and usable research and evaluation information for clients. Maintain company standards, and support company goals.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE - Under general direction, take a lead role in supporting the work of researchers and project managers performing research and evaluation related functions; assure high quality implementation and capturing of outcomes and impacts of program initiatives; provide continuous high quality support to enhance the mission of the company by developing, capturing, and communicating useful and usable research and evaluation information for clients; provide direction and support to the research division in carrying out the research functions.
MANAGER - Under general direction, participate in the management of one large, or multiple small research and evaluation related projects. Assure high quality design, implementation and capturing of outcomes and impacts of program initiatives, provide continuous high quality support to enhance the mission of the company by developing, capturing, and communicating useful and usable research and evaluation information for clients. Provide direction and support to the research division in carrying out the research functions. Link the research and evaluation to communications, marketing, and organizational learning. Support and maintain company standards, and goals.
SENIOR MANAGER - Direct one large project or multiple smaller research projects. Assure high quality design, implementation and capturing of outcomes and impacts of program initiatives. Provide continuous high quality support to enhance the mission of the company by developing, capturing, and communicating useful and usable research and evaluation information for clients. Provide direction and support to the research division in carrying out the research functions; Link research and evaluation to communications, marketing, and organizational growth; Support and maintain company standards, and goals.
SYSTEMS ANALYSTS - Under general direction, analyze science, engineering, business, and data processing for application to electronic data processing systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Provide continuous high quality support to enhance the mission of the company, and maintain the company goals and standards.
BUSINESS ANALYSTS - Under general direction, plan formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods using a computer to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Collect and analyzing data and. Act as an intermediary between the client and the technical staff to take what the client wants and interpret it for the programmers. May develop and supply optimal time, cost, for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Integrate applications and computer user's knowledge. Provide continuous high quality support for assigned projects to enhance the mission of the company, and maintain the company goals and standards.
PROGRAMMER - Under general direction convert project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to detailed logical flow charts for coding into computer language. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. Provide continuous high quality support to enhance the mission of the company, and maintain the company goals and standards.
APPLICATION TRAINER - Under general direction, provide training for software applications design. Assist in the design and development of training programs, related modules, and other training resources. Conduct workshops, and follow up training and support to client users.
